As summer is on the way, let’s get ready for some ice cream fun! There are plenty of educational activities you can enjoy with ice cream, and today I’d like to share a shape matching activity that’s perfect for toddlers and preschoolers.
How to Use the Ice Cream Shape Matching Activity
- Print the 3 pages in the file.
- If you’re using it as a file folder game, laminate both pages for durability. Then, cut out the shapes on the third page and attach Velcro dots to the back of them as well as to the shapes on the ice cream cones.
- If you’re using it as a cut & paste activity, give your child scissors and glue, and they can cut the shapes from the second page and glue them onto the ice cream cones.
