Color Sorting is a learning game that is ideal for kindergarten and home preschool activities. This game helps develop concentration and attention, and it also deepens knowledge of colors. Sorting by color is an essential basic skill that enables you to sort and group objects by their common attribute.
This color sorting game is designed to help children learn colors. The activity is focused on teaching 11 different colors, namely red, green, yellow, blue, orange, purple, pink, gray, brown, black, and white. Children have the option to use all the mats or just focus on one color at a time. Learning how to sort colors is an important skill for toddlers and preschoolers, and this activity makes it fun and engaging. In this game, children need to sort 90 images by their respective colors.
The game is simple, consisting of 9 fields in different colors and many objects that should be divided into groups by color and placed on the matching color field. To play, print activity worksheets, cut out the cards with objects, and put them face down. Then, ask a child to open the cards one by one and tell the color of each object. Find the matching field for each object and put them in the right place.
